The Ingersoll Rand MAXREWARDS Loyalty program was a tool used for their sales rep employees. The more products that were sold, employees with an account could then redeem for monetary rewards added to a reloadable prepaid card.
The purpose of the Ingersoll Rand MAXREWARDS Loyalty program their sales rep employees with more incentive to sell their products. Ingersoll Rand employees were required to create an account and then could log in and come back at any time to submit their receipt information to earn rewards.
The use of a site map and Jira stories created by a Business Analyst (BA) was important to help figure our what types of pages and information needed. It was my responsibility to interpret those details from the site map and Jira to design the webpages that a developer could then create. I utilized my understanding of front-end HTML/CSS and bootstrap techniques/skills to come up with the webpages designs that could be handed off to a group of developers.
Website Creative Liberties:
The design and front-end HTML was created by utilizing the clients creative brand and promotion materials to create a website using a bootstrap framework. The website was fully custom and the HTML/CSS was created by a group of developers.
I was the creative lead designer for the Ingersoll Rand MAXREWARDS Loyalty program. The project had detailed wireframes and webpage mock-ups for an external vendor to use as a guide for developing the website and was a primary contact for any additional creative needs. I was apart of the entire process from end to end for getting loyalty program for the employees of Ingersoll Rand (a fortune 500 company) to use and to get it all done in a condensed development schedule.
